How do I know how many minutes my video/voice-over is going to be?
1 minute is approximately 150 words. If you have your script ready but you don’t know how many minutes it will be, simply divide it by 150. For example, let’s say your script is 450 words… just divide 450 by 150. This means your video will be 3 minutes long.
I need a voice-over. Can you help?
Yes. We currently have a team of over 20 professional voice-over talents (both male and female) who are ready to transform your script into a crystal clear voice-over that will greatly enhance your video.
What is a Storyboard and how many revisions do you provide?
A storyboard is a sequence of written text and visual drawings showing the scenes planned for your video production. Once you approve the storyboard and you’re happy with it, only then do we proceed to the video production phase.
Will people sit and watch a video longer than 3 minutes?
We have had clients hire us to produce videos as long as 10 minutes and they have amazing conversions with it. Remember, people with needs (buyers) will sit and listen to a video that provides a solution — as long the video is interesting and engaging.
How long will it take for my video to be delivered to me?
Depending on the length of the script, generally we deliver videos within 3-4 weeks.
Do you make video in other languages?
We can produce your video in Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Ukrainian to name just a few.
Do you accept a small payment up front or do I have to pay in full?
All projects require 50% down payment. This is our policy to avoid resources being spent on our end without proper compensation if a project is cancelled for any reason by the client
If you’re sceptical regarding our quality of work, please do not worry. We are not only 100% transparent about what you can and can’t do, but we always send the script and storyboard for your approval FIRST before we proceed to final video production.
Do you offer discounts for a long video or multiple videos?
Yes we do offer a discount if your video is more than 5 minutes or longer. We also offer discounts if you plan on doing more than 2 or more videos at the same time.
